Dr. Wesley Crockett, OD is a seasoned optometrist with over 13 years of experience providing comprehensive eye care across a wide range of clinical settings. With a strong background in high-volume medical practices, Dr. Crockett has extensive experience co-managing care with ophthalmology for surgical and ocular disease cases. His areas of expertise include glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eye treatment, and pediatric eye care. As a former member of the Anterior Segment Specialty Team and Continuing Education Committee at Northwest Permanente, Dr. Crockett brings both clinical precision and a deep commitment to advancing optometric care.
Dr. Crockett earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with minors in Biology and Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. His extensive clinical training includes rotations at the Salt Lake City VA Hospital, Mount Ogden Eye Center, and the Moran Eye Center, where he gained advanced experience in ocular disease management, specialty contact lens fitting, and pre- and post-operative surgical care.
Dr. Crockett is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care to every patient. He treats a wide range of visual and ocular health concerns—from refractive and binocular vision disorders to red eye and superficial trauma. His expertise in fitting rigid gas-permeable, scleral, and multifocal contact lenses allows him to provide tailored solutions for even the most complex vision needs.
