Dr. Jared Anderson received his Bachelor of Science degree in biological science from Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota in 1999 and his Doctorate of Optometry degree with honors from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon in 2004. Upon admission to optometry school, Dr. Anderson was awarded a coveted four year Health Profession Scholarship through the U.S. Navy. He spent three years working at the US Naval Hospital in Okinawa, Japan and one year at Naval Hospital Camp Pendleton in Oceanside, California prior to joining Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in 2008.
Dr. Anderson is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Arizona Optometric Association, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. He is also currently Adjunct Clinical Professor for Pacific University College of Optometry and on the clinical staff at Carl Hayden Veterans Hospital in Phoenix.
