David Coulson, OD
Optometrist
Dr. David Coulson, a Phoenix native, received his Bachelor of Science, Kinesiology degree from the Arizona State University graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2003. He received his Doctorate of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon, in 2007, receiving Beta Sigma Kappa Society honors all four years. Dr. Coulson completed his residency at Eye Care Associates of Nevada in Reno and Las Vegas.
Over the years, he volunteered his time with organizations providing free eye exams for the underserved both locally and abroad. He’s had the opportunity to travel to Honduras and India providing pre and post-operative care for cataract surgery missions.
Dr. Coulson is a past president of the Arizona Optometric Association, and in 2011, he was awarded the Young Optometrist of the Year.
