Clinical Expertise
Dr. Dan Eisenberg is a glaucoma specialist with decades of experience treating complex cases. He is highly skilled in advanced glaucoma and has extensive expertise with MIGS procedures. As an early adopter of modern glaucoma technologies—including the iStent, Hydrus, Alloflo, and iDose TR. He has performed hundreds of MIGS surgeries and even served as a Phase III FDA investigator for the original iStent. His commitment to innovation ensures patients receive the most effective, up-to-date treatment options.
Education and Medical Training
Dr. Eisenberg earned his undergraduate and medical degrees from Boston University, graduating summa cum laude. He completed his internship at Carney Hospital and his ophthalmology residency at the New England Eye Center at Tufts University. He then pursued multiple glaucoma research fellowships there, followed by a clinical glaucoma fellowship at the University of Nebraska Medical Center under Dr. Carl Camras. Dr. Eisenberg has held staff positions at hospitals across Nevada and Arizona and spent more than a decade as a faculty member at the Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine.

Dr. Eisenberg is board-certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology and is an active member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Glaucoma Society, and the Chandler Grant Society.
Personal Interests
Outside of medicine, Dr. Eisenberg enjoys mountain biking, downhill skiing, scuba diving, photography, and target shooting, and values time with his wife, Stephanie, and their children, Caroline and twins Anna and John.
