Education and Medical Training

Dr. Bills earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Brigham Young University–Idaho. He then obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, graduating summa cum laude and ranking in the top 10% of his class. He completed his residency with the Cherokee Nation in Oklahoma, focusing on ocular disease and primary care.

Dr. Bills is board-certified by the American Board of Optometry, a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. During his training, he earned numerous awards for clinical excellence and research contributions. He also founded and served as the inaugural president of the Ocular Disease Club at the Southern College of Optometry.

Personal Interests

Outside of his professional practice, Dr. Bills enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter. He is an avid reader and board game enthusiast.
