Dr. Jaclyn Johnson is an optometrist with advanced training in ocular disease and primary eye care. Education and Training

Originally from Illinois, Dr. Johnson earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Midwestern University Arizona College of Optometry in Glendale, Arizona. During her training, she remained actively involved in community outreach, volunteering at the ACT Fair and Special Olympics and going on mission trips to Mexico.

After graduation, she completed a residency at Santa Fe Indian Hospital in New Mexico, where she focused on ocular disease and primary care. During her residency, she also delivered educational lectures at multiple optometric conferences, showcasing her passion for continuing education and clinical excellence.

Dr. Johnson is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (FAAO), a distinction awarded to optometrists committed to lifelong learning and the highest standards in clinical practice. She is also a member of the Arizona Optometric Association (AZOA) and the American Academy of Optometry.

Outside of work, Dr. Johnson enjoys traveling, especially exploring national parks. She stays active through hiking, snowboarding, and playing pickleball. She also values spending quality time with her husband, family, and friends.
