Clinical Expertise

Dr. Zeelane Desai provides comprehensive eye care at the Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center in Sun City. He performs advanced eye examinations, diagnostic contact lens fittings, and diagnoses and manages conditions affecting all parts of the eye. Dr. Desai also co-manages patients before and after ocular surgery, ensuring seamless, state-of-the-art care.

Education and Medical Training

Dr. Desai earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry. He went on to complete a Residency in Ocular Disease at The Eye Center of Toledo, a major eye care referral center in northwest Ohio. During his residency, he gained extensive experience managing complex ocular conditions.

While in Toledo, Dr. Desai worked with underserved patients at the Mildred Bayer Clinic for the Homeless, demonstrating his dedication to compassionate, community-focused care. His commitment to excellence is evident in his advanced training and patient-centered approach.
