Dr. Wesley Crockett, OD, is a seasoned optometrist with over 13 years of experience delivering comprehensive eye care in a variety of clinical settings. With a strong background in high-volume medical practices, he has extensive experience co-managing surgical and ocular disease cases with ophthalmologists. His areas of expertise include glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, macular degeneration, dry eye treatment, and pediatric eye care. As a former member of the Anterior Segment Specialty Team and Continuing Education Committee at Northwest Permanente, Dr. Crockett combines clinical precision with a dedication to advancing optometric care.
Education and Medical Training
Dr. Crockett earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in 2011. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish with minors in Biology and Chemistry from Northern Arizona University. His extensive clinical training included rotations at the Salt Lake City VA Hospital, Mount Ogden Eye Center, and the Moran Eye Center, where he gained advanced experience in ocular disease management, specialty contact lens fitting, and pre- and post-operative surgical care.
