Physician Assistant
Monique White is a dedicated physician assistant working on the oculoplastics team. A native Arizonan, she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Northern Arizona University, graduating cum laude. She worked in Scottsdale Healthcare System’s Emergency Departments before moving to Tampa, Florida to attend PA school at South University, graduating at the top of her class with high honors. At South University, she completed rigorous training in both medical and surgical care. She excelled in her clinical externship in comprehensive ophthalmology, providing her with a strong foundation and passion for ocular health.
Monique is a Fellow of the American Academy of Physician Associates as well as the Arizona State Association of Physician Assistants. She specializes in eyelid lesion biopsies/excisions, styes, abnormally growing eyelashes, blepharitis, functional botox for facial spasms, as well as post-operative care following oculoplastic surgeries.
Outside of her professional life, Monique prefers to spend her time bird watching and traveling or with her scruffy little dog.
