Education and Medical Training
Dr. Hepworth earned his bachelor’s degree in biochemistry from Brigham Young University–Idaho in Rexburg, ID. He went on to complete his Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ, where he gained extensive clinical training across all areas of optometry.

Throughout his career, Dr. Hepworth has been actively involved in optometric service organizations. He has volunteered with Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity, Neighbor Christian Clinic, and the Lion’s Club, where he also held leadership roles. Dedicated to giving back, he has participated in multiple mission trips providing eye care in Mexico and the Phoenix area.
Personal Interests
Outside of his professional work, Dr. Hepworth enjoys hiking, cooking and baking, playing golf, and country swing dancing. He is fluent in Portuguese and is currently learning Spanish, furthering his ability to connect with a diverse range of patients.
