Dr. Joseph Kowalski provides comprehensive eye care and has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing anterior and posterior ocular conditions. During his clinical training, he gained exposure to a wide range of ocular diseases, including corneal ulcers, cataracts, high refractive errors, and ocular prosthetic infections.
He has also participated in humanitarian outreach, traveling to the Dominican Republic to provide care in underserved communities by performing eye exams and treating various ocular diseases. Since 2018, Dr. Kowalski has been practicing in Tucson, Arizona, where he continues to deliver exceptional, patient-focused care.
Education and Medical Training
Dr. Kowalski earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, where he began pursuing his passion for optometry by volunteering at private practices in his hometown of Salinas, California. He went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from the Inter-American University School of Optometry in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.
Throughout his education, Dr. Kowalski completed externships in South Florida and Texas, gaining advanced training in ocular disease management and comprehensive eye care.
