Dr. Berlin earned his medical degree from Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York, NY. He completed his internship at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey, followed by his ophthalmology residency at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida, finishing in 1985.
