Education and Medical Training

Dr. Saini was born in India and raised in Bakersfield, California. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), followed by a Master’s in Physiology from Georgetown University. She then attended Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, graduating with honors. Dr. Saini completed her internship at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and her ophthalmology residency at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, where she was named Chief Resident in her final year.

Dr. Saini has been named a Top Doc by Phoenix Magazine every year from 2020 through 2025, highlighting her consistent excellence and high regard among colleagues and patients. During her time at Penn State Hershey Medical Center, she also served as an associate clinical professor, where she taught cataract surgery and mentored residents in ophthalmology.
