STEP ONE: Make a short video demonstrating how your world would change if you didn't have to wear glasses or contacts. Videos must be submitted between now and September 10th, 2010. One Lucky Winner will Receive FREE LASIK! All elligible video entries will receive a $1000 Savings on LASIK or ICL surgery with Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center. STEP TWO: Keep track of the contest and other video submissions by visiting www.Facebook.com/bdpec or www.YouTube.com/bdpec . On September 20th, 2010, the top five (5) videos will be selected by Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center and announced on www.GoodEyes.com and www.Facebook.com/bdpec

STEP THREE: Between September 20th and September 30th, encourage all your friends and family to vote for you on www.GoodEyes.com . The video with the most votes will win FREE LASIK. Winner will be announced on Monday, October 4th, 2010 on www.GoodEyes.com and www.Facebook.com/bdpec.
